Meet our Medical Director
Dr. Deena Kuruvilla MD is a board-certified neurologist who is fellowship-trained in headache medicine. Dr. Kuruvilla served as an attending physician at Yale New Haven Hospital prior to opening her own practice. Dr. Kuruvilla is a frequent moderator and speaker at national headache conferences, and her work has been featured in JAMA, Cephalalgia, and the Wall Street Journal.

Peripheral Nerve Blocks
Some patients have headaches originating from certain scalp nerves, such as the occipital and auriculotemporal nerves. Numbing these nerves with local anesthetics can help break a headache cycle.
Holistic Approaches
Holistic therapies, such as butterbur, magnesium, and wellness techniques have been shown to help with headache relief. Our team will guide you in integrating these approaches for optimal relief.
