Interventional Headache Care
For certain patients, injection of BOTOX® in proven sites around the headache and neck can prevent migraine. Some quick tips about BOTOX® can be seen below.
Injections typically take about 15 minutes.
A tiny needle is used to perform injections. Injections may feel like small pinches.
You may need up to 40 injections in all, and you’ll get an equal number on each side of your head.

BOTOX® shots around the head and neck are typically performed once every 12 weeks to dull or prevent headaches. We look forward to taking care of you!
