Wellness plays a very important role in headache prevention. Although often overlooked in favor of medications and interventions, it’s important to note that there are several treatments that can be used to mitigate symptoms.

While we emphasize holistic approaches during our consultations and follow-up visits, we also work with professionals in psychology, nutrition, and wellness in order to provide more specialized care. Headaches can have many triggers, and we will do our best to make sure your headaches are under control.
